I am working in a company. I do not want to go back to my company for PF. Can the bank manager help me, and how?

Hi, if you are still employed or working, you can't access your EPF until you resign or leave the organization, which is a statutory requirement to claim EPF.

Secondly, your query suggests that you have not resigned but have stopped continuing for whatever reason. I would like to know more if you can share, please.
