please help me, i am fresher in hr .i don't no how to prepare salary sheet for employees in newly started IT company.

Do you have any salary structure? If is there then you prepare the same in excel format. Else you give me your mail ID so that I will mail you sample salary statement.

Dear HR,
It is better to you to purchase statutory wage register as per shops & establishment act and prepare as per that structure. Even U have any salary structure, it is better to u to follow the above and use the appropriate components.

I am Manish I would like to know while calculation of Salary How many days considered generallt i.e. 30 dys or 25 dys

sksurender73 you can deduct PF on 34000 when pf office give a permission then and then only you can deduct otherwise not.
IF you want to deduct on 34,000, Take permission from a PF Office..

There are various formats of salary sheets. I am attaching just three of them which can be used. If you are trying to do it all manually it would be a very time consuming and error prone exercise you should use a payroll software.
