Dear seniors,
I have sent my form no 10c and 19 at my previous company. After 6 months they returned it back with a letter that there are some mistakes in my filled forms. can any body upload sample of filled form no 10c and 19?

Hi Pancholi
First ask the exact reason for rejection and what are those mistakes.
I believe you would have missed some of the details. More over you will fill only your personnel details remaining details are to be filled by your ER
