Need Guide Line.as I Have Made Salary Break Up For The 1st Time

Is it compulsory to make basic as 60% of gross salary & HRA as 30% of gross & TA as 10% on gross??? can you please tell me which parameters you have considered?? i also need to make salary Salary statement & Pay Slip ...
