How To Apply Indian PAN Card From Canada?

I am a NRI from Canada, wish to apply for a PAN Card from India. My friend applied through a private broker called "www PanCardNri dot com". He said they are Excellent..!! Anybody else used them?

It is not so easy task for applying PAN Card online since there is always some or the other mismatch in name (specially initials/father's name etc.) in identity and address proofs.
