PF Withdrawls - Pf Withdrawal

Dear jeeva,
How can we transfered to existing PF account when we join new organisation?
What docs. will require?

Hi Mayur.
Your new employer will take care of transferring PF from Old account to New account. New employer will send a covering letter with Form 13 to the old emplyer and they will submit it to the PF departent with relevent docs like Form5 & 10 and Form 3A.

(A)For PF withdrawl following forms are required:
1. Form -19
2. Form-10C
(B)Documents required to enclosed is:
1. Form-5
2. Form-10
3. Form-3A
4. 1 no. of cancelled blank cheque dully signed by the member
(C) Forms & Documents should be dully seal and signed by the Employer.

Hi,
For Transfer Process:
1. Need to fill Form 13 A and get seal and signed by your current employer.
2. Need to enclosed Form-5, Form-10 and Form-3A (Last 2 Years) dully seal and signed by your previous employer.
3. Need to enclose Form -5 dully seal and signed by your current Employer.
4. Along with covering letter Submit to RPFC.

Hi !
i worked 4 yrs in one company and after that iresigned from this company. And after three years i joined this company again at the time i ask for previous pf status then company give advice you transfer your pf in new acoount and i fill up transfer form i got it submission details. now i again give resigned and i want withdraw my pf but when i check on line pf fund i shown only last years pf. i filled transfer form in F.Y. 2010-2011. now F.Y. 2011-2012 complate but my pf till not transfer, now what i do ?

Hi Ashvin,
you need to visit RPFC and have to follow up your transfer case with the Dealing Assistant of that company. He will tell you the exact status. Have you enclosed documents like form 5 , 10 & 3A along with form 13?
