Understanding PF & ESI Processes

If anybody is handling the PF & ESI processes of the organization, kindly inform me about the activities managed throughout the entire month and how to proceed with them. Day-by-day activities, form by form (challan), etc., and what is the process for online submission of PF & ESI. Additionally, please explain what needs to be done half-yearly and annually. Your guidance on this matter is very important.

Dear Amit, This is Amar from Hyderabad. I am familiar with the registration process for ESI, but I am unsure about the challan generation and updating of contributions on ESI and PF. Could you please guide me on the steps to follow?
