Essential HR Forms for BPO Companies: NDA and Employment Undertaking

I want an NDA, i.e., Non-Disclosure Agreement, for a BPO. There is a different type of NDA, Non-Disclosure Agreement, for a BPO company. I need a sample format for the same. I will be grateful if anybody can help me with this.

Hello All,

I want an undertaking form that includes the statement that if an employee is currently working with a company, he/she cannot seek employment in any other company at that time. I have found undertakings for various scenarios but not for this specific requirement that I am looking for. Please help me out with this.
