I was asked in an interview, and I really didn't know how to answer this question. Please, I need someone's expertise on the same.

I was asked, "If you have to hire 100 people in 1 month and have 10 Team Leaders, 1 Manager, and 1 Assistant Manager, what will be your plan to hire? What channels can you use, and the entire plan to be written down and submitted?"

Please help.
