PF Withdrawal Under Form 19& 10c

Dear Senior's,
Looking for your guidance & help. In Nov-11 i resigned from job and switch to a new company and thereby after 2 month i have applied for PF withdrawal under form 19 & 10c and submitted the same in south Delhi RO Office via courier in the month of feb-12. As on date my claim status is not updated in the EPF website. I have send a mail regarding the issue to the RO office Delhi, but nobody replied.I even tried to register a grievance but i could not uploaded it. I have got the photocopy of all the documents including the acknowledgement of the courier.
Requesting all senior's to help me to settle the claim from the PF office.

Dear Muralidhar T,
Thanks for your quick response. The forms were submitted by me through courier and i have got the receiving acknowledgement of the courier from the PF office. My ex company does not submit the forms they fill up the forms with seal n signature and send it back to the employee for the submission in the PF office. Do you suggest me to re send the forms again with gazette officer signature or should i wait for few more days?

Dear Raj,
I Think, Usually, the withdrawal form 19 and 10c submitted in the month Feb or Mar are delayed due to closing of the fiscal and the interest is also to be calculated.

Because u have taken up another job, I would suggest u to please withdraw your present applications and apply for transfer of your old account to the new company. That would be more beneficial to you. Thanks & regards,

Sir when u have rejoined , a new company , why u withdrawing , just transfer the old a/c to the new employer's a/c,
As u are already enrolled, u will be also enrolled in the epf act under ur new employer, so it would be much beneficial to you , if u transfer it , rather than withdrawing..

Dear Mr.Raj,
If you have the ack for submition of form 19 & 10C ,it's better to wait for samemore time.why because in April ,they will stop the processing of regular Claims and withdraws, due to Financial year closing,updating the annual returns ect..You can see the status of claim in EPFO web site also.
Other wise contact the EPFO helpline.
