Is the employer's share of contribution to PF included in the total CTC of an employee?

Hi Aditi
Yes. Now a days the trend has changed. PF contribution of both EE & ER are part of CTC. In CTC there are even other coponents like graduity, Bonus, LTA & even ESI if applicable

Hi Aditi,
CTC stands for Cost to Company. Its is the amount of cost company spending on you - This includes your Basic Pay, HRA, DA, Coveyance Allowance, Bonus/Incentive Amount etc. If this is in respect of salary break-up, the employer's contribution is not included in the employees salary/CTC.
