QUICK APPRAISAL

Hi all
I am sure you guys might be wondering what's it about - "Quick appraisals"
Basically, I am working on a monthly review and evaluation of our IT staff , and am trying to find ways where in I can have a regular feedback on an employees performance.
I plan to have a small form.... not as comprehensive as regular appraisals. Something that gives a birds eye view of a programmers performance and progress over a period.
An indepth study would be done on points where the employee falls short or shows below average performance.
Any one - any ideas/suggestions on this ?

Hi Kamal,
It's a good idea...
Just take two or three Functional KRAs only which has immediate impact on bottomline ...
2-3 points on personality based functions like Communication skills, team work & lateral thinking.
