How Should My Salary Slip Look Without PF or ESI Deductions? Seeking Your Advice

I need your suggestion on the issue. I am working in a training institute, and my company does not deduct any PF or ESI. What should the salary slip format be? Please help me with some suggestions. We are paid on the basis of monthly salary: Rs 15,000/-, days in the month: 30, present: 28. Then the salary will be: 15,000/30 * 28 = Rs 14,000/-.

Please help with some formats.

Hi Mala, is there any PT deduction? If there is no deduction, then there won't be any particular format for the payslip. You can simply avail the salary certificate. That will meet your requirements. 

Dear Mala, your method of calculation is correct if the working day is 30. If it is 31, it should be divided by 31. If it's 29 or 28, divide by 29 or 28.
