Sir, There is no clarity in the data. suppose, If a workmen , for example a computer operator / Data entry Job, is hired which is not locatable in the data, what is to be assumed , for the Computer Operators/ Data entry Operators what rule will be applicable. ??

I need a suggestion on this, in my organisation (located in Rajasthan) we have some Computer operators/Data entry operators whom we give 6000-6500 salary in hand. The minimum wage according to earlier notification was set at 5330, but now its coming 6600 per month. SO now please suggest what should I have to do in case of revision of Act. Do i have to increase the salaries of these employees???

As per laws salary/ wages of employees should not be less than applicable minimum wages in the state/ central whichever is applicable.
Could you please confirm you are paying wages as per central rates or state rates??

what about the workers employed as casuals in addition to regular employees. eg fitters, welders with 5 yrs of experience in core machinery operation and maintenance
