New to Corporate? Need Help Drafting an Overseas Project Agreement!

I am instructed to prepare a format for the Overseas Project Agreement for my company. As I am a fresher in the corporate world, please guide me in preparing the same. For example, the format used, the laws that prevail in the agreement, the laws that are applicable if gone against the agreement, etc.

I checked the particular website yesterday itself but couldn't find the one I was searching for. I want a template specifically for an Overseas Agreement. I did find templates where Overseas Agreement is mentioned as a topic in the Offer Letter and so on, but nothing specific. Can you please help me with this?

In my view, everything should be given adequate time to achieve the best results. However, the issue lies in the fact that for some, time seems less, while for others, it seems more. Don't worry, I am an optimistic person, and I will be patient.

I have prepared an agreement for people working on overseas projects. This was prepared in accordance with the requirements and the specifications that I have received from the management. So, some of the concepts may not be suitable for your requirement. I have highlighted some points in "Red" which you can change according to your needs. You can also delete some points that may not be useful to you.
