Struggling with Monthly HR Activity Planning? Seeking Advice and Formats!

I am looking for a monthly Activity Planner format. Can anybody please help me? If possible, kindly tell me what we should fill in it as a plan for the coming month. It is very difficult to plan HR activities in advance. Seniors, please help.

Thank you Peer, for sharing such a wonderful planner. However, I am looking for a much simpler planner in which we can ask employees to plan their work for the coming month and share it with their reporting manager. At the end of the month, we can evaluate how much was achieved and what was the reason for any deviation, if any.
