Ecr File Upload- Validation Error Log - PDF Download

Dear Seniors,
Greetings!!!
In last month May - 2012, one of the employee gone on leave and not reported back and now we came to know us he left the job and management also take decession as remove his name from payroll.
His June'12 Month attendace was nill.
We didn't show his date of leaving in May month ECR online upload. Now please advice how can i show his date of leaving in present month (June'12) ECR online upload.
Now there is no option to submit the hard copy of form 10 in EPFO office.

Give him Date of exit as 01/06/2012 put 30 days in NCP days.

it means - if an employee left on 10-4-13 and company made his f&f on 5-5-13 and relived on 5-5-13 ncp days will 31 it is correct. Pl explain

Whats the Meaningo f Error Code 30 in ECRHi,
while uploading file follwoing error is comining.
ECR File upload- Validation Error Log File
(Error Code 030) DOE EPF "28/02/2014" (Field 23) is incorrect on line number 5
(Error Code 032) DOE EPS "28/02/2014" (Field 24) is incorrect on line number 5

Error Member is not a member of pension scheme. EPS wages should be zero. found on line numbers: [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

I am mentioned EPS wages and EPS contribution 0 also i am getting same error. Any one can give me clarification on this error.
For your reference i have attached ECR file & error file
