Dear HR Professionals,
I'm working in a small IT firm as an HR executive, where 8-10 employees are working. We started this company in January 2011. However, for the last three months, we have been in the process of hiring but have not been able to find any suitable resources for my company. I have hired two employees, but they left the organization within a month, citing genuine reasons.
Employee Benefits We Provide:
- Five-day working week.
- Flexible working hours.
- Occasional get-togethers during festivals.
- Leaves are not an issue for employees (we do not follow a sandwich policy).
I am seeking feedback on our shortcomings as I work in a small IT company that is engaged in significant projects with foreign clients. There is no office politics, and we ensure timely increments.
Please suggest some points on the facilities we can offer to employees and how I can contribute to employee retention as an HR professional.
Regards,
