From what I understand, Swapna wants to prepare a fake payslip to show to her new employer. This is a dangerous practice and should not be encouraged. Swapna, when you make such a request, remember also that your new employer and colleagues may be on the site or see it through a Google search.

Not knowing your new employer's details, it's difficult to advise. However, I believe telling the company the truth—that they'd be paying cash and not providing a salary slip—is generally a good idea (unless you agreed on a salary and they mentioned they require copies of salary slips as proof). Talk to HR and find out.
