and the problem is also occuring row no. 2 and 9

Dear All
you see my ecr .xls file and any changes of contribution
1. Open .xls file please save as .csv (ms dos mode)
2. and then you go to the csv right click open with notepad and save the file extension name in .txt file
3. and open that text file go to edit option and replace find what "," and replace with "#~#", and remove header row then upload

if the employees have joined in the month of july 2011 why are u mentioning them now.you should mention DOB AND DOJ of those employee who have joined in the month of march 2012.
