Can u tell me when I try to enter mamber id as 7
and epf wages/eps wages 5000 it shows invalid entry.
is it wrong way to enter the memeber id and epf wage.
whether ecr file include column heading like member id member name epf wage eps wage epf cont due etc.

You need to remove the Header line when you are uploading text file in portal.

i am already using the esewa but the main problem which i am facing is.
after filling the 16 column completely how can i fill or replace in the text file 9 column with #~#. i have so much tried with many alternate but no success.
please help me....

Notes: This Excel file contains Macro which creates text file which is used for uploading Provident Fund ECR.
Enable Macros, Enter data in sheet called' FINAL’. Be aware of the data validation Rules mentioned in the 'ref2' sheets. I have incorporated some of them in excel sheet itself. Run the macro ‘createtextfile’ from this('FINAL's)Sheet .You are prompted for a name for text file to be generated. Save the text file in a location suitable for upload.
