BANKING RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES

I am doing my bachelors in Banking & Insurance from S.I.E.S. collg of commerce. I wanted some help on the recruitment procedure followed by private as well as public banks....... in general could you brief me with it and also some references on it.

Good that u want to join bkg services.There are a lot of advertisement coming in the paper for the post of probationary officers and officers cadre. I suggest u prepare well for that and write the exams. This is for the nationalised public bks.
For pvt bks, you can directly give ur resume to bks like ICICI, HDFC, HSBC etc. They will conduct a written test and personal interview and based on the performance u will be selected.
