Good that you want to join BKG Services. There are a lot of advertisements coming in the paper for the posts of probationary officers and officers cadre. I suggest you prepare well for that and write the exams. This is for the nationalized public banks.

For private banks, you can directly submit your resume to banks like ICICI, HDFC, HSBC, etc. They will conduct a written test and a personal interview, and based on the performance, you will be selected.
