Struggling to Generate Challan on E-SEWA Portal: Can Anyone Help?

Hi, I am Subbarao. I am looking after ESI & EPF. Recently, EPFO introduced E-SEWA. On this website, I registered units according to instructions. I got a PIN number, temporary password, and ID. According to that, I created a permanent user ID and password. It was also accepted by the department.

Issue with Generating Challan on E-SEWA

My doubt is, after logging in with the user ID and password, I could open the portal, but I could not generate the challan as of today. Please, can anyone guide me?

You should prepare the ECR challan in an Excel sheet, save it in CSV format, and then open it in Notepad. The TXT file should be uploaded. Once you upload the details, you will receive the challan.
