Salary Increment [Thread 401110]

Dear All,
Can anyone guide me for salary increment. We have to raise salary of our employee. Is it necessary increment should be given on companies profit if yes then what will be the percentage if no then what percent of increment to be given all.

Salary increment completely depends upon the management. It can be divided in slabs according to the performance of the employee. As per the profit of the company the management can decide upon the slab. Average increment rate in a good company varies from 8-20 %.
