Please find the ECR excel file format as per EPF guidelines.
While entering and uploading the ECR return read & follow the instruction specified in the ECR_ForEmployers_FileStructure.pdf file.

Enter the data in mm/dd/yyyy format it automatically converts to the required format Ie., dd/mm/yyyy.
I already uploaded the online return using this file format. Fyip.

it is correct as per your sample list but one error comes in same column. please help us.

1. Employee code duplicate entry protected. We cannot enter same employee code two times in a single file.ensure and revert.
2. If possible attach the sample file or error code file, so that we can able to trace the issue.
