When you search for the Compliance Manual using the search box at the top of every page here at CiteHR, there are over 3,700 hits. There is also information in the Similar Topics sidebar to the right of this page. CiteHR contains a wealth of material posted by other members on almost any HR subject. Please make use of the great resources we already have here.

Do you mean social compliance, i.e., adherence to labor laws? If yes, download the manual of WRAP. That should suffice.
