Questionnaire For Assessing The Soft Skills Among Engineering 4th Year Students

Can someone help me for designing a questionnaire to identify the soft skills of the 4th year IT engineering students to get placed in software companies.As i am pursuing Ph.D on the related topic. I would be thankful .

At what stage of PhD are you? Have you done any literature survey on this topic? What are the aims and

objectives of your research? Have you accessed material at CiteHR on the topic of SoftSkills and digested the contents?

If you have not, I suggest that you kindly do that. I have come across a Excel Table of Soft Skills oe employees at work, in one of the links in the sidebar at the right.
