Seeking Recommendations for Practical HR Training Centers in Bangalore or Chennai – Is Online Certification Worth It?

Hi All, I am planning to join HR Training with good practical training sessions. Can you please suggest a good training center in Bangalore/Chennai? Also, I am coming across a few online training centers. How good is it to do online certification? I've done my MBA through distance education, so I am looking forward to a good HR Training center that can provide me with in-depth knowledge in core HR, Payroll, Income tax, Performance appraisal, etc. Please guide me to a good center.

Sometimes, academies may have an impressive website but not perform as well. I want to ensure I choose the right academy.
