Curious About HR Policy Changes for 2012-13: Do Financial Years Bring Updates?

As we all know, the new financial year 2012-13 has already started. I just want to know if there are any changes in the HR policies for this year. Do HR policies usually have any effect due to changes in the financial year?

Please update me about it, as I need to update all the policies regarding leave and compensation, etc. I am looking forward to your response.

It is not necessary to change the HR policies. However, you have to update the inward and outward registers.
