How Do I Restructure Salary Components for a 50-Employee IT Company? Urgent Help Needed

Hi Seniors, I need to restructure the salary for my company. My company is a 50-employee IT services company. I need information on how we decide the percentage for various components in the salary structure and the basis on which we make these decisions.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could also provide assistance with the various components in the structure along with their respective percentages, including details on how we determine these percentages.

There is no particular structure for salary. Everybody prepares a salary structure to reduce the tax for employees.

General Salary Structure

In a normal situation, the basic will be 50% - 60% of the gross salary. HRA will be 50% for Metro Cities and 40% for other cities. Conveyance Allowance is 800/-. Medical Allowance is 1250/-. There are also other allowances.
