I have over two years of experience in the HR sector and am currently not working. I have completed my PGDHRM and now wish to pursue a payroll processing course. Will that help boost my career further? Can anyone here working in the payroll processing sector please help me? I would also like to know about some institutes in Chennai that offer this course.

If you are seeking fundamental knowledge of payroll, I don't recommend enrolling in any courses. There might be several institutes in Chennai, but I am not familiar with them. Alternatively, you can learn about the payroll process by exploring postings and asking questions on platforms like Cite HR.

I was browsing through some online SAP HR payroll processing course programs. I am not sure whether they award certification after successful completion of the course. Let me know if certification is a prerequisite for joining any organization. Please guide me if you are already into payroll processing.
