In training, the most basic thing required to be added is a spiritual methodology that can improve concentration, working capacity, and reduce friction. This is an important one. For example, before starting work, practically announcing by the group that we will do the work fairly, neatly, and with pride. When regularly practiced, this leads to wonderful results and performances. You can try and give feedback.
