Choosing the Best MBA Combination with HR: Marketing, IT, or Something Else?

I am pursuing my MBA with HR as my specialization and I would like to know what is the best combination with HR - marketing, IT, or something else. Although IT is not my background.

Hi Shilpa,

I've completed my MBA with a focus on HR and IT. Both areas are competitive strengths for any organization. An organization can observe the investment patterns of its competitors but may not be able to peek into others to know their HR and IT strengths. Therefore, I believe it is a good option.

Your question is based on a positive attitude. Keep it up! Your best combination may be "IT" as your option. Although you have little knowledge, you can achieve it through practice. Definitely, it will help you much more.
