Dear all,
I have a few employees those who are working with us for the last three years. on regular basis we are paying esic contribution and we have registered them on esic website and they have attended Pehchaan card photo session , still they have not received their ESIC Smart Card since 2 years, we have sent so many letters and reminders to the ESIC office for perhachaan card. All our are efforts went in vain, the employees are suffering, please suggest me what to do.
