Salary Structures and Gradings for 250 Employees: How Do I Start Creating One?

I need your help to give me an idea on making salary structures and gradings. We have about 250 employees in our company, and we do not have any salary structure or gradings in our organization. My management has asked me to work on this. I would be glad to receive some inputs on the same so that I can create one for my company accordingly. Thank you for your usual cooperation.

Thank you so much; I appreciate your quick response. What you sent me is the salary calculation methods/details/formats. I am looking for Salary Gradings for each job that exists in the organization and for future openings. I am currently working in the GCC. For example, let's consider a Finance Manager whose salary is 25,000 Dirhams, and an Assistant Finance Manager whose salary is 15,000 Dirhams. There are positions with salaries but without any gradings. I need to work on Job Categories and Salary Gradings for the entire organization.

Please help me with this. Provide me with some tips or formats so that I can review them and create something similar that aligns with our requirements.

Since I am working in GCC, PF and ESI do not exist or are included in the salaries here. Please find below the salary details that work in this part of the world:

- Basic Salary
- Housing allowance, which is 25% of the basic salary
- Transport allowance, which is 10% of the basic salary
- Mobile allowance depends on the position
- Food allowance, also 10% of the basic salary.

I would appreciate further clarification if you have any.
