The Employee Handbook will be for the use and notice of employees regarding service conditions, benefits, leaves, procedures, compensation details in case of employment injury, treatment policy, wages during the treatment period, and all other benefits and disciplinary actions in case of erring workmen, etc. It will encompass A to Z details of HR Administration.

HR Administration policies differ from industry to industry. You are required to prepare all policies and guidelines based on the Management's policies.

There are probably hundreds of handbooks posted here by members on CiteHR already. This is a subject that is repeatedly asked several times every week. Please use the Research Box at the top of every page here at CiteHR to access a wealth of information to assist you. There are enough different types of handbooks and suggestions for contents for you to pick ideas from for your handbook based on the policies, processes, procedures, and rules that exist in YOUR company. None of these things are a one-size-fits-all; you must write your manual to suit your company.

I don't have anything I can share. I have never written an IR manual. Not much call for them here in Australia, I suspect, as we have fairly stringent IR laws that apply to all employees across the country.

You may need to come back to us with more details about what you hope to achieve with this manual. Is this book for employees? What sort of information are you wanting to convey, etc. This is a very broad topic, so you need to break it down a bit for us to understand what you are trying to do.
