Sir This to inform you that i have given benefit in terms of order of supreme court of India passed in connection with civil writ no 1022 of 1989.wherein the honorable supreme court passed an order upgrading the status of the U.D asstts. as group I group I1 and group III
Accordingly I have been appointed in scale no10 from scale no 9 on and from 01.04.2003 and again I have been promoted in scale no.12 on and from 01.05.2003. The pay fixation attached for your perusal.
Now the question is weather I am eligible to get benefit under rule 42A of wbsr
