Tracking EPS Amount Transfer and Scheme Certificate Process

I have transferred my PF amount from my previous employer to my current employer. However, I have noticed that only the PF amount has been transferred. Could you please advise me on how to track the EPS money if I choose not to withdraw it?

If your service is below 10 years, your EPS money will be returned; otherwise, they will provide a scheme certificate.

Dear Manish,

Whether the service in EPS is below or above 10 years, you may apply for a Scheme Certificate, provided your age is below 58 years. Form 10-C is used for a scheme certificate as well as for withdrawal benefit. Form 10-D is used for a pension.

If your age has already crossed 58 years, you may either apply for a pension or for a withdrawal benefit. If your service is below 9.5 years, you will receive a withdrawal benefit only. Otherwise, you have no option other than to avail monthly pension.

Today, I went to the RPFC office to inquire about the EPS amount. The RPFC officer informed me that in my case, the PF amount has been requested for transfer, so they have transferred the EPS amount to the RPFC office where my current employer's account is being handled. The EPS amount will not be transferred to the current employer; it will go to the RPFC office where the employer's account is being handled.

Is there any way to confirm that my EPS amount has been successfully transferred to the new location of the RPFC office? I have the claim ID and the new account number.

As you contacted the previous RPFC and obtained information, to confirm the transfer of EPS, you should also contact the current RPFC.
