Since, you are going to conduct the interview, you must have the idea for what role and skillsets are required for doing the job in the right manner. Just ask the precise questions according to requirement. If this is the first time you are taking the interview, then give your best and you may learn it by experiencing.
Also, I agree with Mr. Peer advise for all. Kindly help but not spoon feed. :)

You can ask mainly theoretical or scenario based questions. Since a fresher is not having any experience so to judge his reaction at the time of need can be best judged by Situation Based questions.
