Dear Navdeep,
You should judge on the following competencies
1.Creativity
2.Self Knowledge
3.Customer Focused
4.Inspriation
5.External Perspective, good team player and so on.

Start with ice breaking question like, tell me about yourself etc.....

If I gave you a job vacancy how will you fill it? What procedure would you follow?

Give me an example of the time where you worked as a part of a team, what was your role? What did you achieve?

Imagine you are working alone in the office and a colleague asks you something you don't know, how would you respond?

Imagine you are very busy and have a lot of work to do, you then notice a colleague who is not doing anything, what would you do in such a situation?

What do you think the job you applied for involves?

Why should I recruit you?

Do you have any knowledge of statutory compliance?

What do you do when you have nothing to do at work and your manager is not around?

What do you expect from the company?

Who is the Human Resource minister of India? - Just to check his GK.

What are the income tax slabs for the year 2012-2013?

Imagine you are going on a holiday for 1 week at work, what would you do before leaving?

Your hobbies? etc.....

Dear Sir,
Ask related questions about his studies, native place, family particulars, test his subject knowledge, observe personality, way of expression, ask him to write one lletter about andy revelant subject. see his hand writing and english knowledge. observe his temperament by keeping him waiting for sometime before calling for interview etc.
