Career Dilemma: Is Moving from HR Executive to MIS Executive a Step Back for My Growth?

Kindly enlighten me regarding the seniority level of the two designations, i.e., MIS Executive and HR Executive. I have worked as an HR consultant, and now a job offer has been given to me for MIS Executive. Will that affect my career growth as I have an MBA in HR? Please reply ASAP.
