Seeking Venue Suggestions for Outdoor Leadership Training Activities in Bangalore

Dear folks,

We are going to organize outbound leadership training. For this purpose, we are looking for a venue where we can hold activities such as rock climbing, mountain climbing, trekking, rafting, etc. We have not finalized the games yet, but we are in the process of finding a suitable place to conduct them. I believe most of you are familiar with various locations suitable for conducting outdoor bound training programs on leadership.

Additionally, please suggest some group activities, not individual ones. Specifically, when considering leadership, there could be activities focusing on qualities such as initiative, communication, decision-making, innovation, delegation, trust-building, facilitation, collaboration, risk-taking, empathy, and vision/goal setting.

Similarly, when focusing on teamwork, aspects like trust, collaboration, communication, innovation, and empathy are key elements.

Thank you very much for the post. Actually, we are also trying to provide training; I mean we are a training and consulting company. We have received an order from one of our clients on OBT leadership. We would like to organize it on our own but need some guidance on venues that can help us in conducting the program. Additionally, if you could suggest some games for the program, it would be greatly appreciated.
