Continue The FPF Account From New Company

Hi, let me know can i deposit the contribution of EPF part in my old EPF a/c, while i have already with withdraw my pf amount. amt of FPF is still there because i worked there more than 10 years. i joined new company. total gap is 8 months. no contribution deposited since last 8 months.

By the term FPF, I think your intention is EPS (Employees' Pension Scheme-95). As you have completed 10 years service, you will be eligible for pension after completion of the age 50 years. You may also transfer the service to add up with future services.

I am having 19 years of service in one of the reputed limited company. Shall I get the details how much our company contributed till today in my FPF ACCOUNT ? If we dont want pension after retirement whether we can withdraw the same now ? pls reply me

Dear nadadhurv,
If you have contributed to EPS 10 years or more, pension is statutory. There is no provision for one time withdrawal benefit.
