Can you please help me out? My company consists of 30 employees in the I.T. & ITES sector. I need guidance on how to apply for the following:

1. Labor License Certificate.
2. Import Export License Registration.

As you have mentioned that you are not employing contract labor, then there is no need for a labor license. Regarding the shops and establishment license, you need to first inform me of the state where your office is located. Labour Licence for Contract Labour

A Labour Licence is for contract labourers. For the employees working in the base office, we need to obtain S&E Registration. To obtain a Labour Licence, the following documents are required:

1. Form IV - Application for Licence
2. Form V - Certificate by the Principal Employer
3. Challans for the Licence Fee
4. Form II generated by the Principal Employer
5. Agreement Copy

These total work orders are needed.

Regarding the Labour License, please contact the concerned Labour Officer to obtain the Labour Department's Registration of Firm certificate.
