Guide to Labor License Certificate and License Application Procedures for Companies

Can you please help me out? My company consists of 30 employees in the I.T. & ITES sector. I need guidance on how to apply for the following:

1. Labor License Certificate.
2. Import Export License Registration.

What are the formalities that we need to submit? Please let me know as soon as possible.

As you have mentioned that you are not employing contract labor, then there is no need for a labor license. Regarding the shops and establishment license, you need to first inform me of the state where your office is located. Based on this, I will guide you through the entire procedure for obtaining the shops and establishment registration certificate.

Dear Uma,

A Labour Licence is for Contract Labours. For the employees working in the Base office, we need to obtain S&E Registration. To obtain a Labour Licence, the following documents are required:

1) Form IV - Application for licence
2) Form V - Certificate by the Principle employer
3) Challans for the Licence Fee
4) Form II generated by the principle employer
5) Agreement Copy

These total Work Orders are needed.

Dear Sir,

Regarding Labour License, please contact the concerned Labour Officer to obtain the Labour Department's Registration of Firm certificate.

For Export License, you need to register with the relevant Central Excise Department. Kindly seek consultation and complete the necessary procedures.
