Facing Job Termination for Fake Documents: How Should I Handle Future Employment?

john7434
I am the person who has been terminated due to background verification and false documents from one of the private sector banks. Basically, I am admitting that due to somebody's influence, I have made a big mistake in my life by providing incorrect information and documents to my previous employer. Now, the issue at hand is:

1. The termination would be applicable for that particular bank for a lifetime, but what should be the timeline for other banks and industries?

2. When I disclose the mistake to a potential employer, the response I receive is often, "Why are you showing this to us?" In response, I can only say that I made a mistake once, which I do not intend to repeat, although it may affect my employment.

3. To navigate this termination, what should I request from my former bank regarding the standard relieving process?

4. In the future, should I disclose my termination or avoid doing so? (I prefer not to disclose it) I have many more questions. Please provide guidance on these matters.

Thank you.
