Designing an Appraisal Form for Your Organization

You have to design an appraisal form that you consider suitable for your organization. From there, you can manage the process. Line managers have to set goals for their employees.

Performance appraisal starts with goal setting for an employee, followed by performance assessment by the manager based on the rating scale decided by the company. The increment percentage of a company is based on the company's performance. An individual's increment is then based on their own performance.

Hi, this is Sumita. Can anybody help to design an appraisal form for an LED display board manufacturing company where 3/4 of the employees don't even understand "what is an appraisal"? The design should be as per the factory's requirements.
