EPF Pension Benefit To Other The Regular Pensioner Not Available

Dear All,
Would like to share an important notification of EPFO regarding Family Pension, according to which Family Pension can be granted to the next eligible member in the family in the case of missing family pensioners.

Dear Friends
As per my opinion, the above notification is not applicable to the employee under the Employees Pension Scheme, 1995.
Since it is applicable to the family members of the employee of the EPF Deptt. and not on the employees of the establishment covered under the EPF Act.
