Seeking Help: Can You Share Insights on Job Satisfaction and Staff Loyalty Surveys?

Hi everybody, I need help from all of you to share some information about research on job satisfaction and staff loyalty. This is because I'm going to conduct a survey for my master's thesis in this area. In that case, I may need a little cooperation to have some questionnaires about job satisfaction and staff loyalty to use as examples in my research. Therefore, I would be really appreciative if my request could be approved by all of you.

Have you done any literature survey and decided on the aim and objectives of your study? Such a literature survey will help you to find some questionnaires used by researchers, and why and how they have used them.
