Yearly HSE Objectives Guidance

Please guide me about yearly HSE objectives. Last year, we already completed JSA and Risk Assessment. I hope for your assistance.

You can use this for 2012. It's slightly different from other topics. It's very hard to reach this goal:
- Reduction in Total Recordable Case Frequency (TRCF) achieved previously.
- Improvement in targeted areas of proactive measures.

You may use this HSE objective for both Construction and Industries. As you mentioned last year, you used JSA & RA. Could you share with us how you achieved your goal last year and what type of problems you faced while moving towards your targets?
