How To List My Company In BSE?

Kindly try to solve my query at the earliest.This is my second post.How to place my logistics company in Bombay Stock Exchange?What are the legal formalities.Reply to my email if possible.

Getting your Company listed on BSE would require a long process to be followed.
You would need public shareholding, and follow the norms prescribed by BSE with regard to financial standing, profitability, share holder base, background of promoters, minimum paid up capital, etc.
